1.1 Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after successful payment confirmation.
1.2 Processing timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays.
1.3 As many Budsnbeau products are handcrafted or made-to-order, processing timelines may vary slightly based on product type and availability.

2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 Budsnbeau currently ships within India only.
2.2 International shipping is not offered unless explicitly stated.

3. Delivery Timeline

3.1 Estimated delivery timelines range between 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
3.2 Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
3.3 Budsnbeau shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, logistical disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
4.2 Free shipping offers, if any, shall be governed by the specific terms mentioned at the time of purchase.

5. Packaging & Fragile Item Handling

5.1 Budsnbeau takes commercially reasonable steps to package all products securely.
5.2 Handmade, fragile, and décor items (including ceramic, concrete, glass, or handcrafted products) are packed using reinforced protective materials to minimize transit damage.
5.3 Minor variations, textures, air bubbles, or surface irregularities are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects.

6. Order Tracking

6.1 Shipment details and tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
6.2 Tracking updates are dependent on courier partner systems and may not reflect real-time status.

7. Delivery Attempts

7.1 Courier partners generally make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
7.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and availability at the provided address.

8. Return to Origin (RTO)

8.1 An order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Recipient unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts

  • Refusal to accept the order

  • Failure to respond to courier communications

8.2 In the event of an RTO:

  • Shipping and RTO charges shall be borne by the customer

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping costs

  • Handmade or made-to-order items may not be eligible for re-shipment or refund

8.3 Budsnbeau reserves the right to cancel or withhold refunds for repeated or suspicious RTO cases.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Transit Issues)

9.1 Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
9.2 A valid unboxing video and clear images of the product and packaging are mandatory for claim verification.
9.3 Claims raised without proper evidence or outside the specified time frame may be rejected.
9.4 Approved claims will be resolved in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy, at Budsnbeau’s discretion (replacement, store credit, or refund).

10. Returns & Refund Alignment

10.1 Shipping-related returns and refunds are governed by Budsnbeau’s Return & Refund Policy.
10.2 Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of many products:

  • Returns may be restricted or not permitted for certain items

  • Refunds may exclude shipping charges unless the error is attributable to Budsnbeau

  • If you found any damage or if you don't like the product, you need to return the product within 1 day after delivery.
  • once there fund is approved it will take 7 business day to credit to your bank account.

10.3 Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within the timelines stated in the Return & Refund Policy.

10.4 Exchanging Policy-All the exchanging products will be delivered with in 10 days.

11. Risk of Loss

11.1 Risk and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
11.2 Budsnbeau shall not be responsible for damage or loss occurring after delivery confirmation.

12. Force Majeure

Budsnbeau shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or logistical failures.

13. Modifications

Budsnbeau reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time. Changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
